En aquest post recordem les tres iniciatives premiades de l'any passat: exemples brillants de creativitat i excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>## 1. Iberdrola: Escola d'Electricistes de Neoenergia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iberdrola, a trav\u00e9s de la seva filial a Brasil, Neoenergia, fa una d\u00e8cada que ofereix formaci\u00f3 professional gratu\u00efta a la poblaci\u00f3.El 2020, va fer un pas m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 en llan\u00e7ar convocat\u00f2ries exclusives per a dones, amb l'objectiu d'augmentar la seva participaci\u00f3 al sector energ\u00e8tic, hist\u00f2ricament dominat per homes. L'Escola d'Electricistes no sols genera ocupaci\u00f3 i ingressos, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 facilita la inclusi\u00f3 de les dones en aquest sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El que va funcionar millor va ser l'acc\u00e9s directe per incorporar-se a l'organitzaci\u00f3. Les egressades de l'Escola d'Electricistes tenen una via r\u00e0pida per formar part de Neoenergia, facilitant-ne l'entrada al mercat laboral. A m\u00e9s, es va enfortir l'estrat\u00e8gia d'inclusi\u00f3, revisant i adaptant les estructures f\u00edsiques, instal\u00b7lacions i materials de treball, abordant temes cr\u00edtics com l'assetjament de g\u00e8nere. Aquesta iniciativa disruptiva posiciona Iberdrola com una marca compromesa amb la igualtat de g\u00e8nere, promovent un canvi real a la ind\u00fastria energ\u00e8tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els resultats s\u00f3n impressionants: s'han realitzat 230 classes, formant a 5,498 persones, de les quals 795 s\u00f3n dones (15%). D'aquestes, 4.054 persones s'han incorporat a l'organitzaci\u00f3, incloent-hi 525 dones (13%). Actualment, hi ha 17 classes en curs, una exclusivament per a dones, amb 395 persones en formaci\u00f3, de les quals 148 s\u00f3n dones (37%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquest projecte ha rebut reconeixements importants, com el Premi Corresponsables Iberoam\u00e8rica i el reconeixement de l'ONU, fet que subratlla el seu impacte i \u00e8xit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>## 2. Oracle: Reinventa-Tech per al Lideratge Femen\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oracle ha llan\u00e7at el projecte Reinventa-Tech, dissenyat per desenvolupar, comprometre i capacitar dones aturades en habilitats tecnol\u00f2giques altament valorades. Aquest programa intensiu ha perm\u00e8s que moltes dones accedeixin a oportunitats al mercat laboral tecnol\u00f2gic. El que va funcionar millor va ser la participaci\u00f3 activa de mentors voluntaris que van proporcionar suport continu a les participants, ajudant-les a navegar i prosperar en les seves noves carreres tecnol\u00f2giques. A m\u00e9s, la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb empreses com GFI, Abast, Accenture, NTTDATA, Quistor i Arin Technology va ser clau, ja que van veure al programa una oportunitat per incorporar talent femen\u00ed en rols tecnol\u00f2gics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els resultats de Reinventa-Tech s\u00f3n notables: 17 de les 20 dones seleccionades treballen en professions STEM despr\u00e9s d'aconseguir la seva certificaci\u00f3 professional. M\u00e9s de 90 persones volunt\u00e0ries d'Oracle van participar com a mentors i l'alt comprom\u00eds del Comit\u00e8 de Direcci\u00f3 d'Oracle i de les empreses col\u00b7laboradores va ser crucial per a l'\u00e8xit del programa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>## 3. Globant: Women that Build Edition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els Globant Awards: Women that Build Edition s\u00f3n una iniciativa de Globant per recon\u00e8ixer les dones que estan revolucionant el sector tecnol\u00f2gic. Aquest programa destaca les pioneres que es reinventen a si mateixes i serveixen d'inspiraci\u00f3 per a futures l\u00edders en tecnologia. El que va funcionar millor van ser els esdeveniments WTB Meetup i WTB Talks. El WTB Meetup \u00e9s una trobada virtual amb expertes que proporcionen eines perqu\u00e8 les dones completin el seu perfil professional i augmentin la visibilitat. El WTB Talks \u00e9s una sessi\u00f3 a LinkedIn amb dones referents de la ind\u00fastria i universitats, aconseguint un ampli abast i llan\u00e7ant la Women that Build Community, un grup de networking a LinkedIn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Els resultats s\u00f3n impressionants: s'han fet 5 edicions, amb m\u00e9s de 1,800 nominacions i 1,100 candidates de 47 pa\u00efsos. M\u00e9s de 70 jurats internacionals i 50 associacions de suport hi han participat, i s'han seleccionat 6 guanyadores globals.
